I had the privelege of playing on the same MacRory team as Declan Mussen in the 1980s, we were beaten by the abbey in the semifinal.(the less we say about that the better)
Declan was a great player and a total gentleman.
Well done to the college for all the victories and for lifting the Hogan this year. |

Congratulations to everyone involved on bringing the Hogan back to where it belongs. Unfortunately i never made the wall unlike my father who graced it seven times but it was an honour to play with some great players. Seeing the school I love winning it at Croke park was one of the greatest days of my life. Blue army forever!!!! |

Congratulations to the victorious MacRory Cup and Hogan Cup winners 2010. Having gone through the school for the past 7 years and not witnessing a successful MacRory team was very unfortunate and unlucky but the lads made up for that on Saturday. I am proud to say that i have played with a lot of the members of this years team in the previous two years and I am sure alot of them will go on to greater and bigger stages. The College is once again a footballing institution and the Hogan Cup is back where it belongs. |
