It is good to pray together, for Jesus said that where two or three gather in his name he would be with them. It is also good to pray alone, to use the Bible for inspiration and rediscover how close God is to us through his word. If, in our school, we are Christ’s living body in the world, then let us not forget to make time for prayer just as he did.
As Mother Teresa of Calcutta said: ‘Prayer enlarges the heart and makes room for God’s love.
