CCEA GCSE Mathematics Legacy Spec
(currently taken by Year 12 and Year 11 F. Maths students)
This is the normal course of study adopted by the majority of students in which they extend their learning into Key Stage 4. Students are offered the opportunity to sit GCSE Mathematics at a level commensurate with their ability.

Different Tiers of Entry allow for different grades to be awarded.
Typically most students will enter for T3 or/and T4 with T6 (the T3 exam being sat in Jan of Year 12 and resit possible later in summer session).
CCEA GCSE Mathematics Revised Spec
(currently taken by Year 11 students)
The information below summarises the structure of this GCSE course. All units address the 3 assessment objectives and, where appropriate, questions may require students to know and use problem-solving strategies. Each written paper has a range of question types. Questions are set in both mathematical and non-mathematical contexts. Students take 2 units, one from M1, M2, M3 or M4 and one from M5, M6, M7 or M8.
