The following students went to Rathore Special School on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th December to record their Primary and Secondary Christmas Concerts: Stephen Crothers 131; Anthony Kavanagh 136; Christopher McGuinness 131; Leigh McManus 136; Neill O’Higgins 134; Caolan Smyth 131 Brendan Digney 12G. Niall Totten from the AmmA Centre visited the Music Department today to inform our students about the Beginner 2 Band course which will run from Thursday 2nd February 2012 and will last for six weeks. The programme runs each Thursday for six weeks and includes a full day recording session in the AmmA Centre, Armagh. Pet connection visited the Year 8 science club in St Colman’s College on Monday 23rd January. The J1 pupils had the opportunity to observe and touch a variety of animals including rabbits, birds, spiders and various reptiles. Pupil also learned about the habitats, breeding and nutrition of the animals from expert Anne of Pet Connection.
