Years 13 & 14 Admissions

While it is most common that pupils who enrol in St. Colman’s in years 8-12 will remain to study A-Levels, we welcome bright and accomplished pupils into Years 3 & 14 whose own academic achievements match those expected from a St. Colman’s College pupil.

If there are more applicants than places available in these year groups, applicants are ranked according to points score for GCSE subjects or equivalent according to the following scale, with the higher-ranking pupil(s) being offered a place.

A* (9) = 5 points

A (8,7) = 4 points

B (6) = 3 points

C* (5) = 2 points

C (4) = 1 point
