Pastoral Care
Our aim is to ensure students feel supported throughout their time at Violet Hill, providing a safe and nurturing educational environment for all.
The Student Health Assistant (SHA) is a qualified on-site nurse and has the responsibility for the health and wellbeing of pupils while they are at school.
The nurse is a member of the pastoral team within the College, regularly meeting with Year heads, Head of Pastoral Care and the Special Educational Coordinator (SENCO).
For any student who wishes to speak to the school counsellor, Mrs Nuala Woods (Familyworks), please contact any member of the Safeguarding team, or email wellbeing@stcolmans.org.uk, with the word ’Counselling’ in the subject line.
