Anti-Bullying Week
Monday 15th - Friday 19th November is Anti-Bullying week. The focus in Form Class will be on anti-bullying and we will have a range of activities and lessons taking place throughout the week in this regard.
The focus this year is on ‘One Kind Word’:
“In a world that can sometimes feel like it’s filled with negativity, one kind word can provide a moment of hope. It can be a turning point. It can change someone’s perspective. It can change their day. It can change the course of a conversation and break the cycle of bullying. Best of all, one kind word leads to another.”
Anti-Bullying Week commences on Monday 15th November with ‘Odd Socks Day’. This is an opportunity to recognise that people are different and unique. All you have to do is wear a pair of odd socks for the day. We would encourage all of our parents and pupils to take part in this on Monday!
